I'm thinking of doing a series of peels for my hyperpigmentation. Does anyone know of any inexpensive, effective chemical peels for a newbie?

I've been using this one http://www.sephora.com/power-peel-trade-professional-spa-grade-kit-P375421

It doesn't irritate my skin at all. 20% lactic acid and has been helping reduce my red marks. You can try out 2 peels for $16. I can't afford to go get a professional facial done so I think this is the next best and safest.
