I've attached the pics. I have struggled with acne since the beginning of high school, it only seems to get worse and worse no matter what I do. I've tried going to derms but all they do is prescribe BP which personally I think just damages my face even more (I've tried it for a long time before and it helps with actual acne but my problem are these scars).

At first it started with only my nose, then it went to my left cheek and now it has spread throughout my jaw, both cheeks, nose, etc. The only slightly clear skin I have is my forehead which is now also beginning to have acne. This is all throughout five-seven years. It seems when I get acne/pimple, it will go away in 2-4 weeks but once its gone, it usually leaves red marks which stays on FOREVER.

I've had these red marks for ages and it makes my natural skin color look like red... I've had people asking if I was sunburnt lots of times. The marks I have on my nose has been there for literally 5-6 years.

I seriously need help.

If you touch my face, it will all be smooth so I'm pretty sure these are just scars/pigmentation. I'm just not sure why I've been waiting for years and they are still not gone? I take zinc tablets and use manuka honey. Plus I use a non-comedogenic moisturiser NIVEA with sunscreen when I go out to sun.
