I have a huge red mark left on my nose after a cyst came up on my nose about a month ago. The cyst seems to be completely gone but has left a hideous red mark :[

Will this fade in time or should I begin to treat it?

Here's a picture, however it doesn't look as red when up close such as the picture is. But, when you are back 5 to 12 feet it is extremely obvious.
