For those buying the toner, tell me how it goes. It really didn't do much for me, maybe it's the alcohol in it but it made a lot of areas have red bumps. ugh..

I bought the toner along with the cleanser...it's only been 3 days so far but so far so good, a bit drying though.

How has your progress been with the cleanser? Are your red marks fading?

Wow. This product is honestly changing my life. My skin gets very oily and had red patches before using this product. Now it is far less oily and not red anymore. I've also had brown marks since roughly around February and they are now heavily faded. My skin tone is also heavily improved and my skin feels so smooth now. I think that within a couple of weeks I might even have 100% flawless skin. This is the best facial product I have ever used (and I've used A LOT of them).

I like it a lot to. I will add that to my regimen in a couple of months.

The product is great and for most of you, you will see instant results but note eventually you going to plateau with it. I've hit a plateau but it's still the best face wash period. I'm going to add peels into my regimen now, since my face is more than use to glycolic.

You're talking about the cleanser or the toner?

So far this stuff is working really well. I am talking about the cleanser, used twice daily (with moisturizing because it's very drying).

My entire university uses flourescent lights, so whenever I look in a mirror I see every single defect in my skin. But amazingly, I'm actually getting more and more comfortable with my skin, even in the bad lighting...I imagine if I looked at a mirror in 'soft light' like a standard light bulb, my skin would look awesome.

Is there a huge difference in this aqua glycolic and other glycolic products because i live in the UK and dont really want to spend money on something from the US when i could perhaps buy something similar from this site [Removed]

Just wondering, by no means is the aqua gylcolic stuff expensive but its the shipping that just adds up. Thanks for any help

I have now been using this product for 2 days and i have a couple of questions/points i would like to bring up.

1. My face seems a little more red than it was before i started this, i started with 2 times a day, so could it be my face isnt used to it and just need a bit more time before i come to any conclusions?

2. Also considering it doesnt get me dry at all, is a moisturiser still needed? I dont want to put any more guf on my face if it isnt needed...

I don't know if im right but i think that you should use sunscreen, something about sun exposure and acids.

Yeh i think your skin has to get used to the wash, maybe cut down to using it once a day if it is bothering you that much.

Also, Elf Salad i notice you are from the UK...did u order it from the US and how long did it take to get shipped?

Thanks

So i've been using this product for a month or so and i have seen some improvement my face is less bumpy and the red marks have faded a little but are still there. H/O im too lazy to put on sunscreen, i rarely stay out in the sun for a long time maybe 10minutes a day tops. I'm wonder is sunscreen ABSOLUTELY crucial for aqua glycolic? It seems AG peaked and i need something stronger.

And can anyone give tell me for sure how much glycolic is in AG cleanser?

the reason why you probly arent getting quick results is because you dont use a sunscreen...because the sun can damage your red marks even more.

Even if my face is out in the sun for like 10 minutes for the entire day? And i've been using it for a month.

And does anyone know the exact % of glycolic in AG?

I just bought this product this weekend for my red marks and for smoother skin. Ordered it from CVS pharmacy and it came in the next day. I used it once this morning so far, it feels weird. No lather, or anything, just a cream that you put on, mix with water and rub a little, then wash off. I find it funny, the consistency and look is that of semen hahahah. I was crackin up for a long time when i first pushed on the pump.

Anyways, how long are you guys leaving it on? I left it on for 30 seconds then washed off. I was reading reviews on makeupalley.com and read people use leave it on for up to 30 minutes.

Its still first time so I cant really say anything positive or negative yet. Its my first AHA product. Im optimistic about it though and cant wait to see smoother, even toned skin.

yea even a minute because the sun is strong as hell and ive heard somewhere if u use a AHA or BP and dont use a sunscreen, you can get skin cancer...just use a moisturizer with spf 15 or above in it..and AG has 12% Glycolic Acid in it.
