I am so sick of this... I seriously didn't know that other people also pick their face like this, until I googled it tonight and read about dermatillomania! I have beaten myself up about this so many times over the years..but, I can't seem to stop. I am a twenty year old gal who has been picking literally anything on my face, etc., since I was probably eleven. I really would love some accountability and support...would any other gals like to do a 30 day challenge with me?
