Hello! I have been a chronic picker for YEARS now and have tried it all - behavioral therapy, skin picking therapy, mindfulness But I have realized that I believe in myself and my ability to quit this addiction. 2 days ago I began my 30 day no picking goal. For accountability (and hopefully inspirational) reasons I want to share my skin picking journey here!
I am on day 3 of my no-skin picking journey and my skin is already looking better. Using hydrocolloid patches during the day and a pretty simple skin care routine. Im thinking about uploading progress pictures in the future.
