Oily skin + Large Pores

I used to suffer from widespread acne but I cleared it thanks to Benzoyl Peroxide. However, ever since my acne cleared I have suffered from a combination of very oily skin and enlarged pores, many of which are deeply clogged and keep forming blackheads and/or whiteheads. I'm only 19 but I feel like my skin looks really old.

I cleanse, tone and then moisturise every morning and evening (I will sometimes use benzoyl peroxide in areas where I have spots). In addition, to help breakouts and to attempt to unclog pores I sometimes use a clay face mask and an exfoliating face scrub and now only allow myself to have cold showers to avoid irritating/enlarging pores. However, none of this seems to help and my cheeks and nose are covered in oily pores that are continually getting blocked up.

I am debating on whether to replace my moisturiser with jojoba oil, because I feel as though my skin's oil production is not decreasing and that moisturising is only increasing my face's oiliness and shine. (which doesn't help the appearance of my pores).

I am looking for advice on how to unclog these pores completely and minimize their appearance. I would really appreciate advice concerning moisturisers/oils and the use of Retin-A,  BHA exfoliators and other skincare products. Thank you in advance

Everything I see looks completely normal, thats how skin is suppose to look like when its super close up. You're clear, nothing to worry about.

I know it drives you crazy, but it's just what some skins look like. Mine does anyway, and I think alot of it is simple genetics I have crazy big pores. they are the bane of my existance, along with the blackheads and little bumps they love to make and the super duper amount of oil that seems to seep out. but your skin doesn't look bad at all, no one is close enough to your face that they'll even notice.
