So, i've been having issues with my skin for years now. My acne history is long and i wont get into it. So before my skin became angry, i added a few things into my regimen in hopes that i could feel better about my health and skin. Here's what i started:
I only did these for 2/3 weeks:
- Coconut oil pulling(For 2 weeks. I developed a rash and stopped)
- Green juice(Celery, spinach, 1 tbs chia seeds, 1 tsp cinnamon)
- Reduced consumption of meat
- Added more veggies in diet
- Added Himalayan salt to water
- Soaked in magnesium for stress
After 2/3 weeks, my skin when a bit crazy. I had breakouts and rashes and stopped. Now after a month my skin is healing a bit, but my texture of my skin is really bumpy and my pores are huge. My oil on my face increased which is causing me to break out. The oil isn't like my regular oil, it's thick and sticky. Does anyone know why and if any of the things i used in the previous would have caused this? It's been about a 2 months and the oil isn't balancing. Please help!
Other than juicing, I doubt any of those caused an acne increase...maybe you're purging though I'm not sure that's really a thing.
when I tried juicing my skin got worse. Probably too much sugar/ blood sugar fluctuations. I just read a new report that claims juices and smoothies are in fact bad for ypu( wtf right?!) Because they are too concentrated carbs/ sugar and go into your digestive system much too quickly, and thsts not good. Spinach makes me flush maybe try kale instead?
Sorry not more help. Acne is pretty sneaky.
