I've had these bumps on my forehead and all over my face for as long as I can remember. My forehead is extremely oily as well. Anyone know what this is/treatments to make them go away? Thanks.post-375568-0-86239000-1391744123_thumb.post-375568-0-07717800-1391744116_thumb.post-375568-0-71966600-1391744107_thumb.post-375568-0-24450000-1391744074_thumb.

I think they could be related to your hair follicles. I would try just a very mild cleanser without any medication in it, and moisturize with a non-comedogenic, oil-free moisturizer afterwards. Try that morning and night for a few weeks and see what happens~

Two possibilities from what I can tell in the pictures:

1. A few spots may be sebaceous hyperplasia: http://dermnetnz.org/acne/sebaceous-hyperplasia.html

2. Textural issues.

Try going to a derm. Since your skin is really oily (your 2nd issue), birth control pills or spiro would help.
