Moderate hormonal acne and dry skin

So I posted a topic on this forum a couple months ago and I figured out part of the reason my acne was getting so bad. First, I was using a coconut based face wash and moisturizer that DESTROYED my skin and in the process of trying to reverse it, I was using so many products on my face at one time that, while the worst of it was going away, my skin was still worse than I had ever seen it.
Recently, I switched to using Cetaphil on my face since I do have incredibly sensitive skin and decided I should use something as mild as possible. I follow it up with a Cetaphil moisturizer that has hyaluronic acid in it because (and this is the part that's been stumping me for the past six months) my skin has been soooooo dry. This is weird because my face was a constant oil slick up until I started taking minocycline a year ago and even after I stopped taking it, my skin has done a complete 180 and is dry all the time. So now I'm fearing that since my face is so dry, that's why my acne might not go away. I have very large pores, small whiteheads all over my jawline, whiteheads on my cheeks, and a mixture of whiteheads, blackheads, and flesh colored bumps on my forehead. I stay away from dairy and wheat products as much as I can and I've been taking quite a few supplements to treat what I believe is an excess in testosterone in my body (I'm doing all trial and error with this because I don't have the money to get any blood work or anything done to prove that's the case) including cinnamon extract, a vitamin b complex, magnesium, fish oil, and a natural stress response supplement as I do have mild anxiety.
My skin is definitely a lot better than it was over the summer, but I just don't know what else to do to help get rid of it once and for all. I feel like I've tried everything. Does anyone have any thoughts/suggestions? Maybe any advice on what products to use to help regain the moisture in my skin?
Thanks a bunch.

I think a lot of products have been used at once so your skin went crazy. I feel that your skin deserves some rest first. If it's getting better, let it be without using a new product again.

My story is very long but hopefully you can get something from it.

As per my experience I have a sensitive skin my friends can use a toner and creams and the effect to them is superb and because I want also to have that effect I tried and the outcome is, dry skin and more breakout .. I tried also many product but when trying for 1 or more days and I can feel that it is not good I stop it immediately cause it is very difficult to reverse the effect and so much money is wasted. one day Glutathione was on demand that clears your skin including acne and even makes your skin lighter but I am so skeptical not because it is expensive but because it is taken orally, so I did not try, I keep on reading regarding supplements so I known collagen and hyaluronic acid, since i am so fed up of applying then frustrated, I tried the Reserveage collagen plus I stop eating breads, pasta and drinking milk which I know if I have them I have breakout and just my usual wash my face with mild soap and nivea soft cream after,,,,after 3 days in collagen my face looks nice i cannot see any difference but its nice and the pimples dried not immediately but the bump become less and pain is no more. after one week I did not have new breakout and my face is hydrated and soft to touch not dry...i increase my dosage I take 2 capsule 1 hour before breakfast in the morning and 1 capsule before sleeping and 2 or 3 hrs after dinner. with 2 glasses of water.and I love the result ..

Then because of collagen I want more so I find the courage to take glutathione I tried the Ivory caps I take 2 capsule twice a day on empty stomach fortunately i did not have any stomach cramps and I change my collagen to Super noecell collagen. And I started to breakout again I am so frustrated I check and observe carefully why I read and read about glutathione then I found out glutathione to other people cause peeling and dryness.. OHLALALA DRYNESS yes.. that is why I found what is the problem with me because of dry skin I am having acne..then it lead me to hyaluronic.. I found out that the Reservage collagen I used before has Hyaluronic acid and the collagen I am using together with the Glutathione has nu Hyaluronic acid..then immediately I order separate hyaluronic acid of Neocell .. I increase the dosage 200mg(2 capsule) morning and evening on an empty stomach and after 2 days my acne is beginning fade cause my face get hydrated..fortunately for me I can take the collagen , Glutathione and Hyaluronic acid with an empty stomach without problem with my stomach.

and i read more about hyaluronic acid and it really bring moisture to skin,,...for me I can go with Hyaluronic acid and collagen alone without glutathione..

As of now I am enjoying the effect
