Unless you have severe, widespread, and scarring acne, The Regimen is normally my suggestion for the most effective acne treatment.

I'm a 20 year old female. I have oily skin, and I never had acne with the exception of a few spots here and there. Within the last few months, under financial stress with school and work, I have acquired many small bumps on my cheeks and jawline. They mainly live on my cheeks, nearest to the outside of my face. If I pop them, and I know I shouldn't, hard "stuff" (sebum?) comes out and it stays red. They don't usually have white heads, sometimes they have very small ones though. Should I mention I have a hard time digesting dairy...

I'm thinking of laying off the face makeup for a few weeks. Good idea?

sorry for the unflattering photos but here it is

Can anyone identify what kind of acne this is? Comedenol?

Solutions :(?

Looks more hormonal acne, and maybe this was caused by stress.
