Hi guys! Finally I decided to post this topic because I feel down lately. I have been following the regimen for three months . I have a multi follicular ovarie and for that reason I always had from the age of 12 little bumps on my right jaw line. I decide to clear my skin using the regimen but now I have acne all over my face, specially on my right cheek. They are little cysts and not really "pimples" . I tried to use AHA+ but it made  break out so I stopped . I am using the benzoyl the cleanser and the mosturizer. I followed all the rules, I even stopped using makeup but nothing seems to work. My skin is till flaky and I am very scared I am damaging my Skin. Maybe this regimen is not for me since my acne is now cystic. What do you suggest? Should I stop follow the  regimen? Thank you!

I'm sorry youre feeling so down :( I hope that soon your skin will get better.  I just wanted you to know that the state of your skin right now was how mine was around 3 months on the regimen too!  I've been using the regimen for 6 months now and have no acne!  Although I did not have cysts and only moderate acne, I still think that you can use the regimen if you have the acne that you have.  It may take longer than what you thought for it clear up but I think it will!  My skin was still flaky and almost scaly even at 4 and 5 months but eventually it calmed down.  I have started only using bp at night now to help get the flakiness to calm down a bit.  But i just wanted you to know that i was in the same boat at around 3 months too so i would keep going with the regimen and see how it is in a couple months!  I know how it feels to be really down about acne but just know itll get better! :)  also, no make up is good since it lets your skin breathe and really start to heal!  I also stopped wearing makeup since starting the regimen.
