Any Natural ways to balance hormones?

Hi,

Does anyone know any natural ways to balance the hormones causing acne. Ive cleared the rest of my face up through eliminating certain food and a combination of the right acne medication/moisturiser.

I've tried spearmint/peppermint tea but I think it's lost its effectiveness as I've been drinking it for a while.

please help- I currently have a bad breakout on my chin/mouth area.

Omega 3s (fish oil)
Omega 6 (Primrose oil)
CHIA seed (and other types of seeds)
Try it....
Don't take them all at once. You will experience awful breakout. Do some research and try one step at a time.

Has anyone improved their acne through drinking fennel tea?

I saw some at work today so googled it when I got back to my desk. It's meant to balance hormones and help with digestive issues which contribute to acne.

It doesn't taste great but I'll drink it if does improve acne.

I tried the whole spearmint tea thing and it didn't do much, it's easier to just go for something like Spiro which made a huge difference in my oil production at 1 week in. I drank literally like 6 cups of the tea a day and saw no change from it in weeks.

Another one, cannabis or hemp seed oil. It reduces the oil significantly. One spoon every morning & night.

Oregano oil supplements, garlic supplements, and turmeric supplements. Also a women's probiotic would be great along with those! Best of luck :)
