Been on 100 mg, 50 mg for first month and 100 mg for almost 5 months. Been having the worst acne since starting these last few weeks. Is it worth going to 150 mg? I was seeing improvement but not consistent. I feel like my skin has returned to its pre Spiro state in a few weeks.

Whats your derm say? Id try upping the dose, maybe your body just needs a little more. If youre not having side effects and have gotten your blood tests, i say go for it

I see her in May so I have to wait till then to find out what's up. I increased to 150 a week ago so hoping things get more stable.

How how are things with you?
