A bit of backstory:
I'm a 20 year old guy, whose had mild/moderate acne since 18.

All of my acne is concentrated below the sides of my mouth on my chin. And I seem to get new pimples every other week.

Im wondering if other guys have experienced this type of acne? Is it indicative of a hormonal imbalance?
I've stopped consuming dairy and switched from floride toothpaste and still experiencing breakouts.

Any advice would be awesome!!

How long have you stopped consuming dairy? This dairy thing doesn't work for everyone; if you don't have an allergen to milk, stopping it will never work.
