Day 15: the one on my chin is smaller than regular nodules, though deep and painful. also got another on my jaw, same side. 4.

Day 16: An old one on the left jawline got inflamed again, though i dont know if the past 3 have been nodules. more like deep painful pimples. So I'll say 2 nodules and 3 small but deep and painful pimples so far. I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that I've been taking antibiotics for the past week. Today was the last day of them though, so we'll see how it goes.

Day 17: got another small but deep pimple and a deep cyst like thing on my cheek close to my nose. The ones on the front part of my cheeks usually don't cause any PIH/scars. So 3 nodules and 4 small pimples.

Day 20: I have a painful pimple on my right cheek and a cyst like think on the right side of my nose. so 4 and 5.

Day 8: I have a painful and deep but smaller pimple near my mouth on the right side. I hadn't broken out for 2 weeks until now, so there's definitely progress.

Update: turned bigger, so 1 nodule so far.

Day 11. Got another nodule growing on my right jaw, so 2.

Day 15. another breakout on my right jaw next to previous one. so up to 3. Though I did some research and it looks like all these might be papules, not nodules.

I'm on my 6th pack of Yaz now and it's been 3 weeks since last breakout. On day 8, I got one deep cystic like acne on my right upper cheek. Also a few days earlier a similar but smaller one lower on that same cheek. I don't know if it's normal to still be getting acne at all at a 6th month mark, but so far it's 1 big one.

Day 14: Got 3 more breakouts since last update, all painful and deep but smaller than the papules. Not sure about this one on left jawline, though. I noticed this month they're definitely healing faster as well.

Day 19 update: overall got 5 pimples on my neck and face area, 1 big and deep one, the rest still painful but less deep and smaller... also 2 on my shoulder, medium size as well. It's hard to tell if this is the same or a little worse than last month since there's more acne but it seems smaller, though still deep. Gonna really watch out what happens next month.

Day 2: got a deep painful bump on my chin. also one behind my ear a week ago or so. (d. 24)

Day 4: Got a very painful cyst like but small bump near my right eyebrow a couple days ago too. it's weird because it's pretty small but a lot of pain and redness too when touched.

Day 7: got a painful breakout starting on my neck. not that bad now but will probably get bigger.

Day 12: another papule like breakout under right jaw, though it doesn't hurt that much.

Day 15: got 2 deep nodules growing on my chin. Took an ibuprofen before bed last night and there seems to be less redness now, but we'll see.

Things are clearly getting worse again. I'm going to go back on my mandelic acid cleanser and see if that makes a difference. I'm also thinking of going on Spiro next month.

Day 17: Got another nodule/papule on my forehead slightly into my hairline. One of the two on the chin never happened, so that's down to 5 this month.

Day 22: Got another deep breakout on my shoulder/forearm. down to 6

This is a full blown cyst the size of a quarter so deep there's barely any redness on top of my skin and no bump unless I really feel it with my fingers. wow.

Day 26: got small breakouts on both sides of jaw and one of those weird things on nose bridge that inflame and go away in a day. I don't seem to be getting big acne on my jaw anymore, even the one i got yesterday that feels like a papule is small and less inflamed, so it makes me wonder if the way the pill is working is basically through shrinking the size of acne on those areas. I still get big ones on chin and between my eyes but they go away fast and don't leave any scars or marks, which makes sense cause i have bigger pores on those areas. I'm probably still adding spiro 25mg next month, cause these two months there's still been an increase of acne on my face and body.

Day 7: Got a big nodule on my ear today, other than that there's a ton of small blackheads and tiny white bumps on my cheeks, as well as small whiteheads.

So today is my last day of cycle and I got 1-2 big ones this month, plus like 4 medium size acne. Looks like it's gonna stay at this level.

So this is month 9, day 3: 2 older bumps got inflamed again, a medium sized one on my left cheek and a big deep one on same cheek under my temple.

Day 5: got a huge deep breakout on my chin in the crease below my lip. so 2.

Day 13: got another one on day 13 which was a few days ago. A medium to big size breakout. so 3. also have another thing growing right next to it, hopefully small.

Day 19: got a pretty big one growing on my left jaw near neck. I'll say 4.

Day 1-28: I didn't get any acne in the beginning of this cycle, I'm guessing because I was on antibiotics and pain relievers due to wisdom teeth. I had one forming on my cheek but it disappeared before developing fully. I got one large/medium sized bump on my ear, one on my jaw, and another one is growing on my jaw as well now that im off meds, all during the last week. For now i'll say 3.
