So I took 5 Diane 35 in the beginning of my second month on Diane, but I was getting chest pains, numbness and panic attacks so I decided I absolutely can not be on Diane anymore. So I decided I would switch to Yaz, I still have my old packs lying around. I took my first yaz yesterday. But diane has 21 active pills and yaz has 24. Which one do I go by? Do I take 19 more or 16 more? Or do I completely take the entire pack of yaz? I know this is not the best choice switching BCP midcycle, but if I completely stop, my hormones will get screwed up as I haven't even been taking Diane for that long, so my body is still adjusting. At the same time I can't continue taking it and deal with the side effects. So it seems any option here I'm screwed.
