So yesterday I woke up with a painful red bump deep under my skin on my cheek. It appeared to be 2 separate pores clogged, inflamed and connected. The whole thing is an inch in diameter. It was painful at first but then i took an anti inflammatory drug and it went down a lot. There's still redness, and i can still feel the bump, but it barely hurts now, and isnt THAT prominent. So what's the deal here? Does this mean my acne is getting worse? Does this mean I'm going to get more of these? I'm pretty freaked out. I have large pores on front cheeks, but still. I'm starting my second month of diane soon, on top of that i started taking fish oil and zinc. I'm just wondering if this is a beginning of an even bigger nightmare.
