I have been interested with this forum so that I can share my problem and may be you can help me.

My Problem;

From 2001, I have been getting breakouts of acnes on my face, these acnes appear just after I sneeze several times (not cold not flu just sneezing). So the first stage is sneezing, same day just half an hour after sneezing small acnes will appear on my face, after an hour they will become big acnes while new small acnes continue to appear. And all the time I will be feeling like sneezing even though I will not sneezing, so even if I feel like sneezing but I dont, the acnes will still appear. After a week, they will make white fluid just like boils, I normall take this whitish fluid out of each acne and wash my face well. Then after two weeks they will make white hard stuff, so I have to them out too, by doing this I create scars on my face and by not doing that I will stay with those acne forever, so I opt for scars. After three months these scars will dispear (offcourse after using some whitening creams to remove the spots). These acnes normally itch and little pain when they make white fluid in it.

I have visited several doctors speciliased in skin deases but none of them agreed with me that my acnes has connection with sneezing, While this problems appears more than three times a year, and this is the 13th year, so I know there is connection between my sneezing and acnes. Some of doctors say it allergic, I did a allergy test, they say I shouldnt eat meat , I stopped eating meat for good four years but I still got acnes in those fours years. Some say it is eczma but when they appear and use eczma treatments doesnt help. Some gave me supplements, some gave antibiotic , some gave me acne creams like retin A and so many.

For me to know what is that connection between sneezing and acnes is more important than getting the treatment as I have used alot which I know some may affect me in future.

maybe there's a connection between allergies (sneezing) and acne. Have you been tested for allergic reactions?

Yes I did the test, they said I am allergic to red meat. I stopped eating meat for four years, but the acnes still appea (after sneezing), I have given up now I have started to eat meat again.
