So I may or may not have popped a pimple... and I tend to have a really bad habit of picking scabs while it is healing. Due to this, I have now got a raised bump underneath it. I seems quite large and it is very painful and red. Is there any way to get rid of this, what is it and how to stop me from picking at them.
