I've had two courses of accutane and it's gotten rid of the standard acne on my face but it doesn't affect my cystic acne. The cystic acne is dormant and doesn't change in appearance, it's stayed the same for 3 years and nothing has an affect on it. I think my only course of action is to have them removed surgically.
Has anyone had any surgical treatment to remove their acne?
