So i have a really bad acne breakout right now and 1 pimple has gone super dark red and painful. I think its imflammation but im not sure. Its been getting more brown the pass few days and ive already tried ice, honey, acne products, steam, lemon and NOTHING is working. I think its starting to form a scab but the surrounding skin is still so red and painful.
