Hi, I have been using sudocrem for 2 weeks on my forehead as I have lots of red marks and spots, however I have not noticed much of a difference. How should I apply the cream (rub it in or leave it), how often should I apply it, how thick layer should I use and if you have any other advice please! Thank You

My derm specifically told me not to use sudocrem on my face as it could be very comedogenic and irrirating.

your best bet is to go for an actual acne medication, see your doctor and ask for a gentle topical (such as duac) or buy some OTC benzoyl peroxide
