Hi I'm a new member. I have been suffering with acne since I was 13....it got better around the time I was 18 this lasted a few years and it slowly came back. I'm now 36 and have been through so many products from over the counter to prescription to private, Laser treatments, accutane etc...nothing worked. I would describe my acne as moderate to severe. I read about a cream called silver serum it has silver in it and helps with good bacteria in the skin I have been using it for a year now and my skin has cleared up. I still get break outs during that time in the month for us ladies!! But my skin has improved so much. There have been articles about this in the daily mail also. I order mine from the skin shop (I think it's called) it costs 12 and it lasts 3 months. I use it morning and at night. It does dry out the skin a bit. When this happens I use my sons eczema lotions!! Or just a really good moisturiser. Hope this helps .
