so for this caveman regimen , am I supposed to moisturize too? Because my skins actually clearing up ! I think I stripped it of the natural barrier it has and over washed , because my face was more red then it was acne .. But it's getting dry which I hear is normal until it balances out , but should I moisturize too?
I do a 'kind of' caveman regime.My skinalso cleared up a lot. Especiallywhen I stopped smearing makeup all over it.I try to stay away from moisturizer as much as I can. When I can see my face is flaky or really dry from the shower, I use moisturizer. Try it out and see how it works. Make a regime that works for you. Trial and error. The hard core caveman regime philosophers will probably say no to any moisturiser,oil etc, which I think is a tad extreme.I think the most important thing is to make sure you have a use amoisturizer. Which one are you using? I only recommend paulas choice moisturizers as of now. Until I find something cheaper and easier to buy.
