Hi all !
I got adult acnes since I was 22 years old.
Until recently, I discovered a cure of acnes after reading alot of scientific journals.
It's the green tea mask that kills the P. Acnes.

1. I dissolvea tablespoon of green tea extract (powder form ) into little hot water
2. I wet my face with the green tea
3. let it dry spontaneously then apply again and again.
4. I have been using this method for 2 weeks
5. The redness subsided, no more new acnes, a smooth and clear face now

I was there wasting a lot of money and effort in fighting against acnes.
I don't trust doctors but science.
I hope it works for you too !

What kind of consistency for the water/green tea mix? Is it like a paste or runny?

it's a liquid.
For the sakeof convenience, you can just mask your face with green tea (using green tea bag+ water)

Do you do this just once per day? What about other treatments too, like benzoyl peroxide, do you use that as well?

Green tea facilitates the wound healing (acne leisons) not just for exfoliation. = )
