Back again with another attempt to clear my skin. Over the year I've tried no fap, increased water intake, caveman water wash regimen , supplements, excercise, diet and still break out. However, I continue to commit to those methods because they benefit my life in different ways.

I don't wash my face with soap or cleanser, I've been on water caveman regimen for roughly 3 months. However recently started moisturizing my skins with sweet almond oil, hemp oil, coconut oil, a little Shea butter after I wash my face with water only. I do this twice a day.

I started this 5 days ago, and I'm hoping this is the purging period. I have one breakout on my forehead, one cyst on my nose( prior to oils) and maybe one developing on my cheek.

I will give this a 14 day try. Anyone else had experience with oil cleansing method? And moisturizing with oils?

Update day 8:

My skin is 100000% softer.

The difference is actually very shocking. Like baby bottom soft.

I currently have one cyst on my nose. No inflamed pimples, and pores are significantly shrinking and smoothing out.

The Previous cyst and inflamed pimples I have popped and have healed amazingly well.

Additionally, on a psychological level, I would like to think I stopped caring about acne as well. Maybe I'm very hopeful that oil moisturizer is my answer, but I don't care about my acne right now. This past week I have been caring myself as if I had 0 acne at all.

Anyway I'll keep this updated for another 7 days. I'm thinking the acne I have received this past week are purging from the moisturizer and I've researched that purging can last from 1-2 weeks so we'll see.

Day 20 update.

Not 100% clear but it's progress enough. I had a few pimples come up the past few days from when I was using hot water to wash my face.

Now I shower with cold water( James Bond style)

I also wash my face with cold water.

My forehead is still congested 4-5 pimples( from hot water)

Nose has one sore spot but no visible pimple yet.

Cheeks both 100% clear

And my chin has 1 sore spot and one pimple.

One drastic difference I've noticed is my facial hair. CRAZY amount of growth. Sideburns are filling in and chin hair is growing up towards my lip and toward the sides of my jaw.

If you're using coconut oil it will lead to faster hair growth. It's a commonly associated oil that is used for faster, healthier and gives a nice shine to the hair. Your facial hair will benefit as well from the c.oil.

Day 22( Week 3)

After weeks of "purging" my skin is finally cleared up. Popped the pimples on my forehead last night, woke up this morning with them completely healed, healthy scaring up and falloff this weekend.

The semester starts Monday so the timing couldn't have been and more perfect.

I recommend using cold water when washing your face as well as cold showers. I think the hot water I used for the first two weeks resulted in the massive "purge" I experienced.

Additionally exfoliate every 2 days, especially your nose. Mine accumulates dead skin every 48-62 hours. I simply use my clean finger nails to gentle go against my nose and pick up the dead skin. Gross but works better with my skin compared to using a soap.

I will keep this post updated to see how long this methods works, hopefully this my cure. I am staying away from it rating foods such as wheat and grain and dairy and all that good stuff (literally).

If I can go a month with this method and have no new pimples then I'll slowly incorporate those foods

Forehead: Healijg scars.

Nose: clear

Cheeks : clear

Chin: clear

Day 24 update.

Ate two forks full of Chinese noodles last night, as well as some soup with my meal.

When I got home and ready for bed, as usual I proceeded with the nighttime wash routine.

Woke up this morning with one upcoming pimple on forehead. Doesn't hurt, isn't red, still annoying that I'll still breakout. I think food does cause pimples and acne in some people and I'm one of them. Assuming I'll had acne forever. I'll stick with this final routine if I break out I break out. The hardest thing to deal with is searching for a "cure" only to break out after making the millionth change.

I'll stick with

- excercise 4 days a week

- at least 9 bottles of water a day

- cold showers

- cold water only face wash

- moisturize with oil combination

- no fap

- continue with fish oil and vitamins

- avoid acne irratating foods

I assume this is the greatest result I will recieve so I'm hangin my acne.org cape up.

Like Tyler from RSD says," take care and improve what you can, then shut the fuck up"

It's time to shut the fuck up lol.

I'm 20 years old, African American male and I suffer from acne. I hope my trails and posts can help someone with there acne.
