So I've been searching for a solution to my ongoing chin acne that i can never seem to fix. While i was researching, i found that many believe that a zinc deficiency can be the cause. Also, i have so many white spots on my fingernails that i know cant be due to injury on EVERY nail ALL of the time. Also, i get stretch marks sooo easily & they never go away! i gained a little weight but im only 17 and i have so many stretch marks. Does this sound like a zinc deficiency? Should i try it?

I just bought this [Edited link out] zinc suplement from eBay which is not expensive (About $10 with shipping), the brand is Solgar (They have good reputation), and I've read studies showing that zinc picolinate is the form of zinc that is most easily absorbed by our bodies.
