Hey guys
I'm 27 and unfortunately suffer from moderate acne and regularly get very painful acne cysts as well.
I'm currently on dianette which does help with oiliness and reduces breakout, I've been on it for 8 months and still get spots however but my skin has improved.
Today I bought 3 products from the LaRoche-Posay's Effaclar range, cleanser, their localised spot treatment and their effaclar duo cream.
I've used the spot treatment today and have already noticed my skin being calmer, less red and some spots seem to have dried a bit.
Any of you are using it or have in the past? What are your experiences?thank you
I'm right there with you! I have had severe cystic acne from the time I was 8 until around 20, I'm 21 now and still deal with a lot of breakouts, but not the huge cysts I used to get before. I still have consistently 7+ pimples daily. I just bought the La Roche Posay Effaclar system about 9 days ago and I am completely blown away. I broke out pretty bad around my mouth and cheeks from day 2-7, but now it is completely gone. I just have one active pimple on my nose.My face has NEVER been this clear. Crossing my fingers that it stays working!
