Hello all,

I recently read about how ACV is used as a toner and can improve one's skin.

I have started using it as a toner today, 1 part Bragg ACV and 2 parts water.

just wondering how effective ACV is in treating PIH? How long will it take to show results?

Hey there,

ACV has been a great "natural" alternative to heavier treatments for me. I mostly used it between 2 more intensive treatment periods to keep acne in check. Worked well for me now I can't say if that's going to be the same for you.
