I am suffering from severe acne m 17 years old it starting when I was at 9th grade but then it was like invisible only can be seen by focusing on it but now its getting frm worse to worsen I tried alot of medications and tablets etc..but it gets worse but now m using t zone containing benzoyl nd salicylic acid but still not progressing wat to do I need help.m attaching some pictures plz understand it its ruining my life 
I would consider trying accutane if that is something you are up to. Read up on it and educate yourself and see if it's something your interested in. If you are not seeing real results with a lot of differnt acne medication, accutane is something you should really consider. it looks like you have scarring aswell so it's best to get rid of that acne as soon as possible to prevent any further damage to your skin.
Otherwise you could try spiro if you think your acne is hormonal, it's a lot less risk. I did accutane for 7 months and was clear for 6 months only. I started spiro right away and it cleared me right up and ive been clear ever since. I love it!
