I think chakra/energy healing can help stress induced acne (if that even exists), but it can't change body chemistry, it may help you find some extent of peace amongst the emotional turmoil of acne.

I have spoken to a couple of deliverance ministers, but they were bible bashing frauds, no one has a skin disease because they are a bad person. So much for cleansing the lepers! Catholic Priests were honest at least & said they couldn't help.

I have so many health problems including acne yet tests keep coming back normal, so I keep coming back to this spiritual healing but not getting far because the cause & treatment of skin disease is biology.

i didn't rely on one approach to heal my skin. yet, i did implement a few spiritual approaches on my journey to healthier skin.
