Ive had acne since I was a teenager, throughout middle school and highschool, and even today.

I've been through the frustration, depression, anger and anxiety that acne brings, so naturally I wanted to find a cure for it.

Because of my acne I have devoured the research into it and discovered several things.

My acne is caused by my bodies natural detoxification organs not functioning properly, this was mostly due to diet.

So after years of suffering, I saw a documentary, fat sick an nearly dead by joe cross.

I tried the juicing method while eating a normal diet and drinking plenty of water.

And two weeks later. no more acne.

ive never been as clear as that EVER.

What did I use?

I used kale and apples.

How often:

1 juice a day. 1 cup, 1 batch of kale, 1 apple.

Thats it.

The chlorophyll in the kale is an insanely vital nutrient that detoxifies it via the kidney, cleanses the colon, along with other crazy stuff.

So thats all I wanted to say, give the juicing thing a try for a week, at least a week. and take pictures of your face starting on day two and watch as your kidneys go into over drive.

Its an amazing feeling. :)

Hey brother - Congrats, man. What an amazing feeling to be free from blemishes. I also have experienced remarkable results from simple modifications of what I put into my temple.

Love,

Eric

how many cups a day of this juice did you have? and you did it for a week, then returned to what kind of diet?

and again, congratulations on the clear skin- it takes work to find the right thing and sacrifice but results make it all worth it!

Ok, I think I'm gonna do this. How much kale and did you put a cup of water in? I have ONE week to at least settle this massive b12 breakout down (after being completely clear from going gluten free :(

So I used 1/2 batch of kale non organic which is about a handful of kale leaves.

Then I added an apple then a Carrot.

I drank this juice once a day for 2 week's and that's it, lol I really didn't even change anything else in my diet, except for milk I stopped drinking it.

As of recently I have stopped drinking the juice and have instead started caring for myself more, I keep my shoes and clothes clean try to get a good nights sleep and try my best to keep stress levels to a minimum.

I noticed that when I'm stressed out I break out.

Now that I've stopped the juice (kind of makes me think we're taking about steroids lol) I notice that I still get acne but it's More like how other people get it, a pimple or two here or there, no more deep painful cysts on my face, just small pimples.

So what did I do to summarize?

I started taking care of myself by cleaning my clothes and shoes, getting regular hair cuts, going to the gym etc.

This boosted my self confidence which I found to be one of the biggest factors in reducing my acne.

The next thing I did was I stopped masturbating and watching porn (I know this is like crazy talk for some guys out there) but I stopped and instead I found myself with more energy, confidence, and in a better happier mood most of the time. I got myself a girlfriend and things are going great. Stopping masturbation and porn was a big big factor in reducing my stress acne, which led me to getting a girlfriend and reversing the vicious cycle I was on.

I also stopped Fri king dairy, it bloated Me and made me feel like carp whenever I drank it, so I stopped. I still eat cheese here and there, but I've seen a huge reduction in cystic acne ever since then.

By no means does that mean that I am acne free, I still get them but they are small and NOTHING compared to how I used to get them before I started getting serious about my life and making the changes that needed to be made.

Another thing you should realize and hopefully will when you make these changes it's that every one gets acne maybe not cystic acne but everyone gets pimplwe here and there. So now when I get them I don't pay too much attention to them because I know I must be under stress and I'll be clear again soon, instead I focus on solving the stressful situation and forget about the acne that it causes.

:) that's it.

Yeah so this is me now lol

So I drank a cup of milk and woke up with a big zit on my face lol, looks like me and milk have reached the end of our long relationship. I made some kale juice and overnight the inflammation has gone down and my face is slightly clearer.

I'm going to try to make the juice more often, the problem is that it's time consuming and it can be very tedious to clean up the mess afterward, but it does help you get your vitamins and cleans up your body, so that's cool. Today I'm feeling kind of down I'm not going to lie, after a week's of a clear face I wake up to a couple of New zits, thanks milk lol but I know that in a couple of days I'll be clear again :)

I'm so happy to hear you found what works for you!!!

I've been dairy free for a month and I still have a lot of clogged pores, but nothing as severe as I used to get!

Also, too much sugar can spike your insulin levels.. which means more acne.

I don't have a blender, how weird is that? I'm also flat broke haha but do you think just consuming kale as is along with carrots (not sure about the apples - my stomach can get bothered by them) that I could see a difference with all of the calcium, vitamin A, and all that other good stuff they're chalked full of? I drink so much water as is but I find that I'm lacking in almost every nutrient and don't eat much because I have so many dietary restrictions (I'm gluten intolerant).

Consuming kale is fine.

But seriously, one of the biggest reasons we juice them is because it is easier to eat them like that and faster.

Kale taste horrible so eating them for minutes is not a pleasurable experience.

Bleh, well I found this recipe to make chips out of them! I'm not sure that salt is good for acne, so I can lighten that up a bit, but I'm good at eating icky foods haha.

I now just eat the kale in a salad, I find myself craving it whenever I rat, I guess my body is telling me it want some lol, the vitamin a and chlorophyll is what works on the acne I think. And it's way easier than drinking the juice!

Hey thanks for the great solution to getting rid of acne. I know how frustrating it can be and it comes and goes when least expected. I hope this works. I am going to try it out and I can't wait to see the results. Sometimes the answer is simpler than we think. Thanks again!

So you basically threw all this in a blender and that was it? I'm assuming you cored the apple but you didn't add any water and it still came out like a drink? I have cystic acne that just started out of the blue. I'm mortified and embarrassed, I've even called out sick to work and skipped meetings because I don't want ppl to see me. It's probably not as bad as we all think but htis is totally interfering with my life.

Glad to see this thread! Coincidentally I ordered a juicer during blackfriday sales and it will be arrived tomorrow! I am very excited to start my juicer journey. kale and apple are definitely on my list but I also like other vegies and fruits so I will try other juice too :)
