Hey guys and first thing first sorry about my english.

ACNE PROBLEM: BLACKHEADS in my NOSE

ok this is my question to ppl that can help me understand why is this happening to me.

when I wash my face with any type of cleanser I wait for 1 to 2 minutes to dry so I can use my moisturizer (PAULA'S CHOICE SKIN BALANCE) I noticed that after 10 minutes my pores from my nose start coming out some type of liquid (OIL?maybe) and my question is this.

Is it the cleanser working and making the oil come out from my blackheads ?

or is it my nose oily? which I don't think my nose is oily because if I wash my face with any type of cleanser it makes my skin DRY DRY DRY.

so what you guys think?

please explain

You have over active sebum glands, combined with a dry skin.

thnx for your help. I was also reading about overactive sebum glands and I heard you have to take 10,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day and 400 IU of vitamin E once a day.

Do you think this will help?

I'm afraid I have no idea! I'm going to take a low-dose course of accutane (10mg a day) to stop my extremely oily skin! It seems like the only thing that works for most people.

just to be clear. Oil only comes out when I wash my face with a cleanser but if I don't wash my face nothing will come out.

The reason why more oil comes out after you wash your face is because, your pores have been cleaned out, dried out and have contracted from the face wash.

When the oil starts to flow back in and out of the pores it doesn't have very far to go at first. Then as the pore becomes moisturized inside it will begin to expand and slowly spill over onto the surface of your skin.

We have tons of sebaceous filaments on our t-zone that are always confused with blackheads. They are completely normal. If you have large pores and oily skin which most acne sufferers do, these filaments are going to be more noticeable.
