So I have this big white bump for almost a week now and I can't determine whether it's acne or milia. It is covered by a layer of skin and I can't really pop it coz of the layer of skin on top of it...how can I get rid of it?And I can't affor a dermatologist btw

I would leave it alone, and don't touch it at all. It looks big to be milia, so probably just a comedone (clogged pore). Leave it completely alone and it should go away. If it doesn't go away, then yeah, you can see a derm.
