Redness from spot (didn’t pick it but turned into scab)

Hows best to get this to go away? Its been 3/4 days since it scabbed over and now its red

Looks like it's healing to me. Keep it out of the sun, don't pick at it whatsoever, and it should heal up.

If you want to be extra helpful, you can take some fish oil. It's been shown to help with healing.
