What type of acne/bumps can these be? I randomly started getting these. I doubt these are closed comedones or maybe fungal acne. But i really don't know what these are and they are very annoying. Please help me out

I would bet it's regular 'ol acne, but you can see a derm for a proper diagnosis.

Have you been scrubbing your skin by chance?

Or using a new makeup in the past few months?

Those would be my guesses as to what might be causing it if it's regular acne.
