I would recommend seeing a cosmetic dermatologist about that. I don't know exactly what it is. But a cosmetic dermatologist might be able to give you a diagnosis, plus they have tons of tools like lasers and what not that might help zap them away.

Just make sure you proceed very carefully. You don't want to go to the wrong doc and have them do something that causes scars on your nose! Nose scars are super hard to deal with, so prevent them! Only let a doc do something to you once you are fully confident that they have properly diagnosed you and you are comfortable with the treatment and you have discussed side effects. If you are at all uncomfortable, don't do anything. Go get a second opinion. Stay your own advocate fiercely.
