I don't think that looks like a nodule to me. It looks like it's coming to a head. In that case, you can pop it when it's good and ready, with a very noticable white/yellow center, but not until then.

But overall, it looks like you have light breakouts that are ongoing from what I can see in the pic. For that, the regimen should get you under control well. However, the regimen often makes people red/dry for the first few weeks, so you might want to start very slowly if you're concerned about that for holiday.
