Ive had this acne trouble since my early teenage years, about 12-13. Ive had this constant acne all over my face going on about 5-6 years, under my chin, on my forehead, and it even spread to my chest and back and wont go away. At school, Im stared at like I have poor hygiene and Im starting to get embarrassed about it. Ive visited a Dermatologist multiple times, they prescribed me medication like Tretnoin, and gave me creams for my scarring as well did multiple dry ice treatments. My acne just doesnt go away. Each time I wash my face, it gets inflamed, even with soaps and cleansers for sensitive skin, I was told to wash skin-to-skin to minimize irritation and to not use a cloth or anything with texture. Ive tried everything from cleansers to bars of moisturizing soaps but I still end up having a flare up and get more acne. So Ive just stopped washing my face and used warm water and a face-lotion after I shower every day. 2 years ago, I was put on minocycline for the scarring, which did absolutely nothing for me and I stopped taking it. And then later I was diagnosed with abnormally high hormones, which now Im treated for that using a BC patch and some of my acne went away, but its not a to obvious of a change. My mom had asked if a pore vacuum would do me any good, could someone give me a little info on that if I should try to use a pore vacuum, or not to? And does anyone know what I should do or change to get rid of my acne? Like what cleanser is most recommended that works for the most stubborn acne, or would help not cause inflammation?
I do not want to visit my Dermatologist again because they are over an hour away and they did nothing to help me but give me these prescribed creams and gels that dont do anything to help.

I was afraid I had some sort of fungal caused acne or something, because I was diagnosed with a yeast infection a while back- Im not sure if possibly having a yeast infection could cause bad acne or my acne is associated with some sort of bacterial/fungal infection.
Ive tried everything, and nothing works. My mom is surprised because she used the Tretnoin gel and it worked for her, but it isnt working for me.

Your story sounds a lot like mine. You can read mine here. It might help you get perspective and options.

Using a pore vacuum for acne is generally not recommended, especially for sensitive or inflamed skin. These devices can be too harsh, often causing bruising, redness, broken capillaries, or even scarring. While they might temporarily extract surface oil or blackheads, they don't address the underlying causes of acne, such as excess oil production, bacteria, inflammation, or hormonal imbalances. The suction can aggravate already sensitive skin, leading to increased irritation, more breakouts, or a compromised skin barrier. Given your history of skin sensitivity and inflammation, a pore vacuum would likely do more harm than good.

Mometasone Furoate Cream is a corticosteroid, usually for inflammation/eczema, not typically for acne itself.
