Hmm. I wonder if this is acne. Have you gotten a diagnosis?

Normally acne starts in the center of the face (such as nose) and goes like a wave across the face over time, so it's strange that the rest of your face is clear and your nose still isn't.

It wouldn't hurt to try the regimen on your nose to keep it under control in the meantime, but I'd see a doc and make sure it's acne.

What is your diet? Once I cut out all dairy and sugar I've had no problems with my skin. This is very important. I've been through it all.. And then thinking back to my past I've decided to come on here to give some advice. no sugar, absolutely no sugar

If it's possible ask your GP to refer you to a dermatologist, they have strong oral medication that may help as well as face washes & creams you can't get over the counter at a Chemist, i hope this helps you

A proper diagnosis seems like the next logical step. Sometimes a doc might not get it, and you'll have to get a second opinion, but I would imagine a good derm could provide a proper diagnosis.
