My guess if you'll need a few different procedures. Perhaps some punch excision, maybe some subcision, maybe some TCA, and then maybe some laser. The good news is it doesn't look like you're breaking out, so you can embark on acne scar repair if you'd like.

The most important thing is to get under the care of an experienced cosmetic surgeon or dermatologist who specializes in acne scars.
