29 year old (M), on accutane since 6 months, skin cleared but left with horrible scaring. Tried 6 sessions of RF Microneedling + PRP As well as subcision but scars are still very present. What can i do to reduce the scars as already tried rf microneedling. Is CO2 my only option?

There are many options, so that's the good news. What's important is that you get under the care of a qualified and experienced dermatologist or plastic surgeon
