I have only ever used patches for a short period of time - usually spot fills up again and have to let it scabover and heal naturally - I haveparticularly nasty spot covered with patch now, question is if I keep it covered and keep changing patches will the skin heal underneath? Or do you need to expose to air and let it scabover to heal? I dont want to prolong the agony if I have to put up with a scab anyway!
