Can™t seem to figure out why my skin tends to go crazy in the Spring & Summer Months. Haven™t been able to figure out any solution and it™s so irritating. I got that kind of reaction when I over-washed my face back in the day. Are you being rough with your skin? You want to stay super gentle.

I do wash my face everyday and exfoliate 1-2 a week. I use Cetaphil daily facial cleanser and then I apply moisturizerand sometimes some Vitamin Eoil.

Yeah don't exfoliate, and when you're washing stay super gentle. Also ditch the vitamin E oil. Vitamin E can be good up to 1% or so and then can start causing problems.
