:smileys_n_people_57: Hi everyone!

im facing an extremely challenging issue with my skin & haven™t had any luck find answers. Around the corners of my mouth I have blemishes or maybe œlesions would be a better word on either side of my mouth. I™ve researched angular chelitis & also perioral dermatitis & I honestly don™t think either of these fit what is going on with me. Initially I thought it was an overgrowth if yeast (or candida) on my face but treating it in that way has shown to be ineffective as well. These white dots or plugs are there unless I literally dig them out of pulled them with super thing pointy tweezers. They are soooo painful- but once out it™s an incredible relief & the pain is instantly gone. Then they heal up! Problem is I have what seems to be a literal infection!! I™m attaching pics zoomed in like a million times. These lesions are actually less than the size of a dime on either side of my mouth. Maybe the size of the top of a push pin

they will seem like they™re going to heal one day but then -when I wash my face at night & the scabs slide right off! Opening the wound & showing all the little white dots that need to Plucked out since they don™t go away unless you get them out

I™ve been following this for three years trying to find answers. I got one random pimple three years ago. That was not what I remember a pimple being like (I only had mild acne in my preteens). And that was the start of whatever this is. It was larger than a normal pimple. And exactly as yours looks. I was freaked out. Like a honeycomb of leaking holes. And the little plug things. I immediately went to the doctor. I thought I was having an allergic reaction to a bite. They were baffled by it. Swabbed it to send off for labs. And prescribed Mupirocin. The follow up was inconclusive, but my wound was better so I didn™t think much of it. Sadly after a few months, I got another. Then another. Then more than one at a time. It has only progressed from then and has spread all along my jawline, chin, down my neck, by my ears. I went from flawless skin to my own mother asking that I not tell her about it or show her because it œgives her the creepy crawlies. People stare, people judge, it is painful, it takes a long time to œheal, no doctor or dermatologist has been able to figure it out. Just watching as my face turns into a giant painful scar enduring never ending wound. I™ve tried all the suggested things you™ll find in these threads. Burned my face with all kinds of chemicals trying to solve it on my own. Right down to acetone face masks. Pure acetone! Gosh please don™t try that one, it isn™t the fix. There™s no answer for us yet it seems. No explanation. No resolution. But we aren™t alone. I guess that™s a crummy consolation prize. You™ll hear a bunch of people™s theories on what they think it is, what they had, how they are working on it. Please research all of it because they all are very different (I.E. you have worms, cancer, fungus, warts, vitamin deficiencies, mites, allergies etc). I hope you find an answer. This picture is after the little plugs had been extracted, the doctor had swabbed for yet another lab, and applied Mupirocin. He did suggest using Hibiclens for a face wash and body wash. You can pick it up at the pharmacy OTC. It does seem to keep infection at bay, but it doesn™t stop them from forming.

I cannot tell you what it is, but it looks a lot like my issue, and the issue of many others posted in another thread here. Check out this thread...super informative of things to try, still no cure all for myself yet.
