I've had my share of hormonal acne in my life but these bumps are hard to the touch and I just cannot figure out what they are. I thought maybe fungal acne, switched to a safe routine and tried Nizoral, Head & Shoulders, Clotrimazole 1% and De La Cruz sulfur ointment (face hates it). Third picture shows those skin colored hard bump type pimples in the mix. Started with a few in the middle of the forehead and as time went on it spread to the sides and became more inflamed like hard insect bites (last picture taken at the beginning of the spreading). 

Any ideas?
