I noticed around two months ago that I was getting a huge pimple on top of an acne scar from a previous pimple from around two to three years ago. It doesn't hurt at all, but it has a huge whitehead and I have been putting acne treatments on the day I noticed it was forming. I use the clean and clear acne treatment and it works for smaller pimples but nothing seems to help this one, and it gets bigger and bigger everyday. I also heard that putting ice on it helps but it stays the same. Right now I cannot go to the dermatologist because of the lockdown, so is there any more accessible ways such as better treatments?
