Okay so I have perfect skin, almost no acne problems since puberty, but now I have my birthday next week and this pimple on my chin wont go away!!! Its really ugly and noticeable when I smile and I need it gone. No head or anything how can I fix this! I am this close to grabbing a needle and popping it and that's probably going to be my next step! (Ive had it for about a week and a half)
