Can anyone help me out with my acne please I don™t know what to do anymore I™m currently using treclin which is an anti biotic and tretnoin for about 3 and a half weeks I can™t tell if it™s making it worse or better
This was mainly caused by proactive well what got it really started before it was bearable it ruined my skin
A lot of it is post inflammatory Erythema that won™t go
If the antibiotic is not helping your "acne" probably have fungal acne, not ordinary acne.
Try applying clotrimazole antifungal cream (sold without a prescription as canesten) and see if that helps. If you are only using the antibiotic for your acne, I would stop using it as antibiotics CAUSE fungal acne.
I would also stop using the tretinoin, whilst you apply the clotrimazole cream.
Do you have a white tongue ? Do you have dandruff ? these are signs of fungal outbreak,
